This is an excellent property and one we always look to first when coming to Miami. This is our third visit, and it has yet to disappoint. The rooms are very well appointed, and we always love the views. This hotel has one of the best gyms we've ever used in a hotel. This was the first trip where we used the pools. We normally visit in December. The pools were fantastic. The plunge pool was a surprise and worth it. We tried all the restaurants and lounges on this trip. Quinto was a great dinner with Sugar after. A great view and good drinks. The bartender was skilled and fun to watch. We would suggest giving East a try if traveling to Miami. We will very likely be coming back soon.

Perfect location, very nice property and excellent staff. The only downside is that it is very noisy. all the rooms are noisy all night every night.

Lack of lounges and coworking areas do not meet current expectations for travelers. There’s also miscommunication between the hotel staff. For instance when ordering ice to the room, the front desk places an order to the fifth floor restaurant and never follows up, so you would be waiting for a while to get something as basis as ice. On the positives, they seem to sown a lot in security both personnel and technology.

The hotel is very modern, beautiful and well located. The staff were very supportive and room view is amazing. However, the cleaning of the room was not the best, the glasses that we had used in the first day were never cleaned or replaced. You have to pay for pool bangalows even though no one was using and it was not reserved, so you need to be very careful with extra charges. Breakfast is no included in the room price which is almost $400 per day ($30 dollar each person if you want to enjoy breakfast) and they charged us for early check-in even the room was already available.
