    We booked the hotel for 3 people. The first night there’s was only 2 towels, we tried calling the front desk the phone wasn’t working so we went to the lobby and we asked if we could get 1 more towels. I proceeded to tell the staff that we need it an extra set of towels, and for the next 3 days that we were there, we had to come back downstairs to get the extra set . They also said they were gonna send maintenance upstairs to check the phone, because it wasn’t working but they did. There was also a big amount of water coming from the walls of the bathroom to the bedroom hallway.

    The booking of the room was made through Booking.com with a clear indication in the reservation receipt that the hotel had the responsibility to issue an invoice. Yet the hotel CONSISTENTLY refused to provide an invoice for my stay, thus causing me a problem as far as submitting the document to my company. I had to dispute the charge to my credit card. Booking.com has also major responsibility with the mess. They were not able to resolve the issue and they failed to answer several of my emails. TRAGIC customer service.

    Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. There were several maintenance issues with our room during our visit. The patio doors would not close properly, even when the latches were engaged, which was definitely a security concern. Additionally, two electrical outlets in the room were not working, and the room phone was completely nonfunctional for the entirety of our stay. Customer service was also disappointing. Some staff members were not particularly friendly. To make matters worse, we were celebrating a birthday during our stay. On two separate nights, we went to the restaurant downstairs hoping to purchase a slice of chocolate cake, only to be told they did not have any available. After the second attempt, we ended up having to order a small birthday cake through DoorDash, which was inconvenient. While the property itself had potential, the combination of room issues, lackluster service, and inconvenience surrounding a special occasion left us disappointed with our overall experience.

    The rooms were clean and staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast in my opinion could have been better there wasn’t much of a variety to choose from. You have Valet parking which was $45/day and those guys were lovely I must say.

    Good breakfast in rooftop area with super views. Nice restaurant, reasonably priced for dinner. Good location. Felt safe walking alone at night as solo woman.

    Thank goodnes this was just a one night pre-cruise stay. Check-in process ok. Except at 3:45 I was told my room was not ready yet. They Could not tell me when room would be ready. But they would text me. So at the actual check-in time of 4 I asked another clerk if my room was ready and it was. At 4:30 while in our room I received the text that my room was ready. In the room, the sliding barn door on one side of the bathroom would not close properly, as the track was coming off the wall. There was a lot of dust in areas where people do not normally touch or reach, but should still be cleaned. At 5 pm our group went up to rooftop bar to grab a drink before going to dinner, as it is advertised bar is open 5 - 10 pm. Nope 5:30 is when someone showed up. After returning from dinner, a friend and I went for a drink at 9:25 and we were told we had to leave as they were closing at 9:30. I also think the pool area should be open layer then 8 pm. As for the breakfast, this hotel shined. Attentive staff, reasonable food for a continental breakfast.
