I’ve been coming to Fountainebleu for years and have to say this one probably the most disappointed I’ve ever been. Tons of construction (which I realize they can’t help), but all of the little touches that I’ve come to love about FB were gone. Limited water stations, no change to the pool menu, and they are even getting rid of their signature scent. Just bummed out.

i have to call to get few missing emanates but they did deliver.

Third time staying at this hotel and still love it! The dining options were limited though, all restaurants were only open at times that did not accommodate our schedule, and in room dining was very pricey.

La playa con mucho Salgado no se pudo entrar à la playa

We tried to go to the italian restaurant , but were not allowed in with somewhat beachy clothing. The pool area is unusable for hotel guests.Because they allow in non hotel guests and they are completely full of people. Very loud. The parking fee is outrageously expensive and getting the car takes 30 minutes. We stayed in a junior suite , and it was wonderful.

Everything was amazing!! Best pool I’ve even seen!’ Staff was so friendly, especially bartender Roberto at the pool. Will definitely be back!!

My daughters who are 8&15 loved this place!

Pool should be open later with entertainment for adults and there should be drinks special nice property but but nothing to do after 6pm unless your going to the night club. Have a ice. I’d in room for guest they only ice box was filled with hotel products which was over prices

My only issue is how high everything is at this resort. Parking is $75 a day & resort fees is $59 a day. Highly recommend stopping and getting water and snacks before you come here to stock up in your room. Everything you buy has a service fee already added in

Please also note, there wasn't a mini fridge in the room for leftovers. It would have been an extra $40. Not a huge deal but a bit of a bummer because we had dinner leftovers. The pool was amazing - so warm! And it was right on the beach! And next door to the water sports company, so that was really convenient. We had the breakfast buffet and that was really yummy, although the only thing that wasn't good were the waffles. The pancakes were SO buttery and amazing. Then we also ordered room service breakfast one day and the hash brown potatoes that came with it were incredible! It was shaped like a thick rectangle block! And they brought it up to our balcony on a rolling table so we could eat out there. We also got dessert from Chez Bon Bon in the hotel - the birthday cake gelato was delicious and so was the cinnamon cruffin. We also ate at the the Mediterranean restaurant outside (Cote?) and that was pretty good and a very nice experience to eat outside and at The Blade which was also delicious!

The pool closed at 7… everyday. I would have liked to enjoy a later swim. Other than that the beach view and room in the Sorrento tower was amazing.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. While the food and some of the amenities were a bit pricey, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and overall it was a great experience. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Everything was Excellent

I will be back.

Terrible experience, everything is overly expensive, nothing complementary like water, toiletries, no coffee machine, no fridge, outdated shower, big resort taxes and everything is 20% service charge automatically, no pool with a bar, no music or dj by the pool , no activities by the pool. The beach and the ocean water full of alges, so practically unusable. Defenetly not a high end hotel.

The Tresor tower is nice with beautiful views, but the elevator situation was an absolutely disaster. One time the line was so long that I took the stairs to the 33rd floor. Also, the Valet was terrible. Seemed like everyone working there was first day on the job.
