elevators in tresor are terrible.

The view. Pretty poolside and gym. $15 for a cup of overnight oats in a plastic cup that you have to stand in line for with indifferent service? That won't end well! New York City and London and Paris are cheaper and better. The room had not been properly cleaned with a dirty earbud on the bathroom floor, hair on the counter, a broken toilet roll holder, dirty carpet. Lumpy pillows A window that does not shut out sound with poor insulation Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night lousy internet connection Construction noise inside the whole day.

This is not a hotel room! This is a residence at the hotel. Booking is not entirely clear if you are in Miami for the first time. We arrived on New Year's Eve. There was an unbearable smell of bleach in the room. We contacted the owner, who promised to refund the money for the first night and carry out a free cleaning in the room on January 1st. Overall, the room was clean, but the bathroom doors were unpleasantly dirty! Room cleaning and towel change are for extra fee! Booking is not responding to our problem. The money has not been refunded. I hope this review will help someone. If you want to stay in a 5 star hotel, it's definitely not here!

Better communication is needed to prevent any surprises. Missing from the description: 1. payment stipulations (e.g. via Zelle vs. credit card used to secure booking on Booking.com) 2. No changes to reservation allowed within 24 hours of checking in 3. $800 security deposit required upon check in 4. this is an owner-operated condo, not a hotel room

Great location, nice clean, comfortable big suite with amazing views! Great restaurants, the lapis spa is a must! They also have a trendy night club in lobby. No housekeeping service, the hotel was was fully packed for the convention so it was busy. It was probably just an oversight. FYI it was an owner unit and you must pay owner i mn full 24 hours ahead.
