The real draw is the convenience factor to the LAX airport. There is a free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and they offer various food choices on site. The only downside is, I could hear both neighbors next-door and above us so the soundproofing wasn’t the best.

I asked about charges, at time of check out! I was told charge wifi and shuttle transportation?! I told them I did not use hotel internet service I have my on internet and WiFi by Verison company and I used uber for transportation,? Expedia has to explain to me , I will send legal complaint to city , state and federal government, I won’t use Expedia any more if you won’t resolve these issue,

The rooms are decent, but the bedding did not seem clean. It appeared that the sheets may not have been changed and that the bed was simply remade. The shower also lacked a bath mat, making the tub very slippery. I had to put a towel down to avoid slipping. Overall, the hotel is not terrible, but the lack of communication about the pool and the cleanliness concerns were disappointing. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again.

Parking was not easy because the system was down and there were long lines to get in and out of the structure. The room key for some reason didn’t work and I need up leaving a night early bc of how inconvenient it was to travel.

Water was freezing cold - Staff didn't answer their phones - was sick and they asked me to come down to get bottles of water and was very rude. Security guy really nice. Towels dirty and the floor was incredibly dirty. The shower was the worst - the water wouldn't get hot at all. Couldn't contact staff to change rooms, went downstairs and no one at the desk. Wanted some kind of discount but they would not allow it.

Hotel was great with friendly staff. Shuttle service and the restaurants at the location were excellent. Only issue is that the hotel is currently closed for renovations, wasn’t aware of it at the time of booking.

Everything, the location the clean big rooms, the view of the airport, super quiet and great soundproofing. The staff were super friendly and the airport shuffle great. We ate food, drank beer and watched the football so all was great. Liked everything

Great hotel and utilities and staff Nothing

Perfect stay for an early flight. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and the gym was small but nice for a quick workout. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The shuttle was ready outside when we stepped out in the early morning.
