Clean, helpful staff and quiet

I'm sure the other rooms were nicer as I tend to get stuck with the ones that aren't as nice for being who I am. Would be more pleasant if things weren't degrading so much on the property. Rooms were decent and mostly clean. One major complaint, since when does it cost 8 dollars to do one load of laundry. And my clothes never did completely dry so I had to air dry them. I don't know if they keep it that way or if it was built for a specific villain to make their visit as uncomfortable and expensive as possible. Other than that the staff were decent and the rooms nice but could be a little cleaner.

Great location for travelling from LAX. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Food was good

A small winged insect emerged from the sink. Generally a very nice hotel for a stopover in a long trip. We did not use the restaurant.

Easy location to jump on a flight out of LAX

From the beginning to the end, customer service was poor. Starting with the shuttle from LAX, the driver was rude. I felt I was inconveniencing him to assist me with my luggage and help me up the stairs. Actually, he did not help me. he watched me struggle. Next, the ladies at the counter were talking with each other and seemed too busy to assist me with my reservation. Once I was helped, I was told I needed to make my reservation online to receive the AARP discount for seniors. Next online it stated breakfast was free. To find out it was $39. For all the experience at this hotel wasn’t well. With all the options there are close to LAX, I will not be returning to this hotel!

Great hotel great amenities very clean excellent location for airport

I loved the convenience of the airport shuttle service. The location made it easy to visit both Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier using public transportation. The restaurant’s late operating hours were a great bonus and provided the perfect way to end the evening after a day of exploring. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle . Arrived early from a long flight and was able to book in early for $40 and also got a room with a bath as requested. Baths are no longer common and a room with a shower only is also available . Room came with a buffet breakfast that I only wish i had more time to enjoy . Available food other than the restaurant and Bar are limited with restricted hours . Staff are very kind and helpful . Have stayed here before and was happy to be able to book here again

Sheets were dirty, 20% tip included in food, I left the Westin and tried this and it wasn’t even close, I didn’t like this property at sll
