Graduation plans for UCLA. It was 20-30 min away.

The breakfast is too simple for your room rate. No water fountain, no coffee nor refreshments at the lobby for guests checking in. $54 of parking fee per day is even worse. This Residence inn is much worst than other Residents in and suites I stayed before. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Clean. Rooms are larger than average. Convenient options of Starbucks and Antonio's Pizza right on-site. Shuttle to airport. Free breakfast in the morning.

Beds are comfortable. Like the room set up. Room needs a deep clean- light switches filthy, mildew in shower, sides of cabinets dirty. Our sink was broken and leaked all over our toiletries and the AC didn’t go below 72. Breakfast was basic, but hot and fresh. Staff lovely and want to please. Great customer service. Has potential to be a super hotel, and should be, considering the cost. Parking is expensive and not indicated on booking sites.

The stay was very nice rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly only feedback I would give is breakfast wish breakfast had more choice but overall it was very good quite defiantly sound proof rooms.

We booked 2 nights here after a fairly hectic 3 weeks travel and it was fantastic. Extremely spacious, clean, quiet, great views and great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free shuttle bus was very handy. No notes- we liked everything except having to leave

The front desk was great. Location by the airport was great. Room not so much. I bedroom suite looked unfinished and old. Food left in refrigerator. Looked like mold on the bathroom tile. Fold out couch bed was uneven and very uncomfortable. Will definitely find a different Hotel when I out in LA

Close it the airport with shuttle. Very clean. Staff was a little preoccupied when we first arrived.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is the only positive thing I can say about this stay. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. There was very little choice, and the quality was poor. Another major issue was a constant loud humming/buzzing noise during the night. It was so disruptive that it was extremely difficult to sleep. The worst part, however, was the handling of the security deposit. Upon check-in, the hotel charged a $250 deposit, which was actually more than the cost of my room. It has now been three weeks since my stay, and the deposit has still not been returned. Customer service has been nonexistent. The hotel does not respond to messages sent through Booking.com, and there is no email address available on their website, only a phone number. As a guest living in Europe, I should not be expected to make expensive international calls just to follow up on my own money. The hotel continues to ignore the issue, even though they could have easily provided documentation or proof of the deposit release long ago. Overall, the hotel seems to have little regard for its guests once payment has been taken. I cannot recommend staying here.

Everything was OK except that the television didn’t work. Front desk was nice to offer another room but due to children already had settled in, we decided to stay. Staff did however attempt to fix the issue but unable to. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled really good. I’m not a breakfast person, so I didn’t have any but it looked good! Will definitely keep this property in mind. And the bed and pillows were great!

Clean room & terrific staff !

Mind you, $59 is a discount from the $79 non-member fee! Needless to say, we did not pay that ridiculous fee, left our bags, and returned to check in later. To KNOW the room is ready, but not letting travelers (Marriott members, mind you) check in this way is diabolical.
