Good stay, the employees were always helpful and friendly

The rooms were clean, the lined is very worn and some had stains. Our tub was clogged but they fixed it. The pool was not clean and hot tub didn’t work. They have gift shop and a cafe and other food options

The lines for the elevators were ridiculous,

Yes well

Unfortunately the toilet in the room clogged 2 separate times. The response took at least 2 hours before anyone had arrived and that is with us going to front reception a second time. We had to call for extra towels, toilet paper as our rooms were not stocked while we were gone. Our trash was not cleaned up until after our check out of 4 days.

The band at the bar was great! The pool however was dirty, and the jacuzzi did not work. The staff was short and they were feeling it on check with the luggage assistance. But very nice staff everywhere, from the casino to the restaurants & bars to the pool staff.

Elevator was not working , my ac was not working .. ice machine ran out of ice

Apon arrival our room was not cleaned properly . All the counter tops in the room were dirty with a dirty film like if the counter tops were cleaned with a dirty wet towel. The bathroom smelled of urine and there was some mold in the showers area. Also the shower was clogged. And while showering the water was up to my ankles in dirty water after showering. All the dirty water from showering was up to my ankles. We arrived Thursday June 18th and considering we got there so late I didn’t contact the front desk til that early next morning Friday June 19th at which that time our room was supposed to be cleaned properly. No one came to clean our room even after calling three days for services. It wasn’t til Sunday evening June 21st that the room got cleaned. However the room still didn’t get cleaned well at all. The counters were still like before and the bathroom had dirt and debris left under the bathroom sink. And the toilet seating area was not cleaned and left dirty. Even the bathroom mirror had water spots all over it which was left and like that that apon arrival. It could’ve have been worse however when traveling five hours to enjoy your stay the least that could’ve been done was a nice clean room and area to be able to be comfortable in especially while being a way from home. So I was disappointed with services. Not to mention communicating with Expedia trying to make changes early on was so difficult. It was made difficult using you guys as a third party. DISAPPOINTED!!!

This Hotel used to be one of the best on the casino side. This hotel has gone down hill. The pool is dirty and cloudy, the jacuzzi had no heat and hair balls in it. Hotel the elevators were off and on working. When it was working, there was a line going out to the foyer. When it wasnt working, it sucks going up 20 flights of stairs. The room is not updated, old appliances and the ones they had were broken. No hot water at all, small TV, no fridge, not enough towels, no maid service. I diffantly wouldn't stay here again.

We like the central location to other properties in Laughlin since we enjoy walking. However, only having three operating elevators for a Father’s Day weekend crowd was ridiculous. And our bathroom was slanted and visibly not level.

This was some unbelievable when we arrived.Due to the room, they wanted to get us with totally in the back.My parents are eighty some years old , and I asked to have one down below in the front next thing you know they charge , just like almost two hundred dollars more so dirty
-
They gave us a nasty room, and then they charges, just because they had to move us to a different place. This was not all because I booked it through a third party
-
Don’t stay here on a busy weekend. Only 3 of the 8 elevators work, a huge line to use them, no hot water for showers, and under staffed for check in.

My wife won at casino everything else was ok

The Tropicana has definitely done a great job updating their restaurants, game room and casino area….HOWEVER….the rooms are terrible!!! The first room we were assigned to had no AC, the front was quick to assign us to another room on the same floor. That room smelled terrible and we found the smell was coming from the mini fridge that was never cleaned out. Once we emptied it the room started to smell better. This made us feel like they don’t thoroughly clean their rooms. Thursday night was nice and calm AND THEN, Friday night was completely different. It was packed! There was a 20 minute wait for the elevator, only 2 or 3 were working!!! Then on Saturday to leave we waited 20 minutes for an elevator, which we decided to ride up to go down. Well, once we got to the top floor, the elevator broke and wouldn’t go anywhere. At this point we were sick of waiting and WALKED 23 floors down the stairs with our stuff and a 5 year old! We wanted to go to the front to complain but at this point we wanted to get out of there and not waste anymore of our time! Tropicana felt unsafe to stay in if there was an emergency!!! We used to be players club members and would stay there ALL the time, but after this experience we will not be returning!

We enjoyed the pool during our visit. The room was clean and comfortable, although the view was over the parking deck. I suppose if we paid more for the room, we might have been able to get a better view. We had dinner at Carnegie's and the waiter started out making us feel that he was irritated with us because we came and sat down about 15 minutes before our husband's came to the restaurant. Once the guys showed up, the waiter changed his attitude and was helpful the rest of the evening. Additionally, we've stayed at several hotels so far during our three-week trip and this was the most expensive room and had the least amenities. We had to pay for internet access and it's the only hotel that didn't have a refrigerator or microwave available during our stay. I suppose that's because they want us to buy whatever we needed from their shops. We had a pleasant visit overall.

La limpieza mala el cuarto casi no enfriaba y al segundo día no había agua

Our 4 day trip went great. We had lots of fun. The pool area was great. It had enough space. We'll definitely come back again.
