The best place to stay in Laughlin super clean no smell love it

Overall my stay at the Golden Nugget was Pleasant! I had a very clean room, customer service was great, and the hotel wasn’t overly crowded so getting to my room was quick and easy! What I would improve/ work on is letting customers know about the daily pet charge on top of the nightly stay before booking. I don’t know if that was a hotels.com mistake but being greeted with an additional pet charge upon checking in definitely hurt my pocket and could potentially lose a customer if they where vacationing on a fixed budget. But overall a great place and would book again.

Great location, lots of restaurants and close to other casinos. Bed was a bit hard. Pillows were not soft.

It was a great location for many of the restaurants we like. Casino was great, we had a great time. The A/C could've been better. The room smelt a little musky. We were also missing a shower curtain which made showers a little messy.

Staff was nice ! I get it hard times call for desperate measure but my god the people who love that hotel really make it know that they love there ! Kind of uncomfortable more like visiting their house than visiting a hotel ! A lot on wanderers , not homeless , but not working either ! Not bad people just not what your trying to hang out with while on vacation

Everything was closed and nowhere to buy anything to eat. Walls are so thin and can hear foot traffic from up stairs.

Location Air conditioning definitely can't cool the rooms in extreme heat

Not properly cleaned. Maintenence had not been kept up. Toilet slow and clogged up the entire time. A/C wasn't working blew cold and hot air at the same time. The pool bar wasn't open once in the 3 days I was there. Everything was closed by midnight. Couldn't buy water bottle. None in the vending machines either. Would not return.

It was okay… resort fee should be cheaper considering the only have pool and parking.
