Very helpful staff, quick to resolve maintenance reports.

looked like to be blood and then when we called for someone to replace the sheets they took the blankets and didn’t bother giving us another one. Another thing is the pool is closed which is ridiculous for having to pay so much money to stay during the summer and there is no pool. Then we went to the bowling alley to get ice cream and the ice cream had a nail in it and they take forever to even do your order. And the key cards stop working, I had to go down to get them fixed like 10 times just to be able to get into my room which was an inconvenience after a long day to have to wait in a long line just to get my key card fix.

For being in this hotel for the first time I can say it was nice

Clogged restroom since minute I walked in room, staff very unhelpful w my situation I wish I could have got a refund right there and then! I would of walked out of that hotel happy with out having to deal w smelly hotel room that had toilet water coming out of sink n shower very unhappy with the stay at this hotel

There was no water in the pool. We were not informed that the pool was not able to be used.

It was peaceful but no ice machines in the hotel and got there excited for the pool turns out it’s been closed for remodel for 8 months and it was 100 degrees

Pool was not open and needs restaurant or a dinner

The staff was awesome, all of them from the servers to the desk to the bartenders and the cashier. All around great experience. A bonus was that the slots were very fair and working well with a great variety. The staff was constantly around disinfecting Everything. The beach access is a nice bonus as well. The only request I would make would be to have a few more tv channels. We don't have kids, but there is a nice arcade and clean looking bowling alley. The food and drinks at the Mexican restaurant downstairs was amazingly inexpensive and not bad. Thank you to the River Lodge staff and management for a really nice stay. We'll be back.

Overall the stay was good, the price was right. You are getting what you pay for.

River area was access by other that were not staying at Riverlodge hotel. No one around to check. No hot water in shower for morning showers, No ice machine.

My room was not clean properly. I didn’t fuss just asked to have someone help out. A supervisor came and still didn’t make sure the sheets were clean. Engineering “fixed” the tub but it wasn’t so I had to move rooms. Took 2 hours for all this process so inconvenient and the new room had the same problem. Took photos of everything. FD no help

Clean room and quiet

We stayed in a room that we have stayed in before, the lock did not lock, the outlet in the bathroom kept needing to be reset, the TV only has maybe 10 channels. We had machines not print tickets and we had machines that took tickets and didn’t credit the money but security was absolutely amazing and helpful. The only problem is I had to wait 48 hours to see if audit could make sure that the machine did not pay me out my ticket and now I have to go back for $50 which it will cost me way more than that in gas. They will not mail the check.

Dirty carpets. No hairdryer. Rude casino staff. Short staffed. Long wait for food service. Non working ice machines.

This was our first time staying here. We were really impressed with the variety of themed areas and food The old school box tv was horrible. They really should make smart TV's standard. They are super cheap nowadays
