We arrived Wednesday evening after a delayed flight, having already completed mobile check-in via the kiosk to save time before dinner reservations. When we got to our room, we immediately discovered we had not been given the room type we booked. We went back downstairs with our luggage and were met by a front desk agent who told us he was unable to accommodate the room we had reserved. Instead, we were placed in what felt like the worst room available, a handicap-accessible room with a poor view, despite neither of us requiring accessible accommodations. With dinner reservations already running late, we had no choice but to get ready and go. The following morning, I stopped at the front desk on my way to the gym at 7 AM and was told a more appropriate room could be ready by 11 AM. I went to the gym in the meantime, which was visibly outdated and partially under construction. We packed up our belongings, waited for the room change, and while the new room had a better view, our enthusiasm at that point was understandably gone. To make matters worse, the sink in the new room was leaking, the floor was dirty, and there was trash left behind from previous guests. We chose not to escalate further — we didn't want it to ruin our trip. That same day, we booked a cabana on the

Room was nice except for the view which was trash. When the agent asked if I wanted to upgrade my room I had no clue the view was going to be nothing but the backside of the hotel.

It was okay for a short stay

Great location and family friendly. Lots to see and do at the hotel and close by. Access to pools at other hotels is a plus. If you are spending the day by the pool definitely get a cabana.... book in advance. The waitresses by the pool amazing....Rhonda was the best , super welcoming and great with the kids. Walking distance from all great attractions.

Staff not helpful. Paid for high floor room with strip view. Was given 7th floor which is actually the 1st or 2nd floor with rooms…had a view of nothing but the roof. Was told at front desk my room category was sold out…but I paid for high floor strip view. Won’t be back to this hotel ever!
-
Self parking lot is far and we had to pay for it because we couldn’t use the card that the hotel gave us.
-
Housekeeping was an issue the whole week. Although we called several times, the room when we came back at night was not cleaned.

Would have been better if there is a Microwave.

The check in machines are useless. They are terrible. Had to wait an hour for front desk staff for check in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The girls had a good view of the sphere. The location of the hotel itself it’s perfect, close to a lot of things. The pool areas was clean and nice! Had some outdoor games you could partake in. I was on the all ages side because I had my niece and daughter but I peeked on the 21+ it was pretty nice too. The waitstaff were pleasant. It was an overall good experience.
