Great time!

We had a wonderful time the casino and hotel were great. Staff was helpful and made everything convenient.

What was most frustrating was being treated as though we did not know how to use the elevators when the actual issue was that our room keys repeatedly became deactivated throughout our stay. Despite having to address the same problem multiple times, staff members appeared unaware of the situation and responded with a rude remark made directly to our faces. This level of poor communication and disrespect significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The Cosmopolitan is a beautiful hotel with many different amenities and activities, along with very helpful staff. It has a beautiful and clean interior with many different food/drink options, along with a large casino. The rooms are clean and well kept and the views are out of this world. All in all 10/10 experience and you definitely get what you what you pay for! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

I’ve stayed all over Vegas for the last 20+ years - the Cosmo is by far the best property on the Strip right now.

The casino is very Smokey, additional air purifiers may help

One of the nicest hotels but clean staff are great just the AC 24 hours to kick in

The left sink in the bathroom was clogged but other than that everything was great.

The room weren’t done for more than 1 day and had to let front desk know on several occasions

All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful to our accommodations. Daniel the bell hop was great at giving recommendations around the area. Andy H and Kevin W were very helpful in accommodating to our room requests. Superb customer satisfaction.

We arrived early 9 am and asked for an early check in, they said not likely but would text us and let us know. We never received a text. At normal check in time at 3 our room still wasn't done. It wasn't done until 4. The room still wasn't cleaned when we got in it. Then staff kept coming in and out of our room. The next day the room smelt like sewage. The fridge went out and we lost all of our food. Then someone kept trying to get in our room. 6 am every morning some one woke us up , cleaning window, trying to get in, etc. then check out was a bear, couldn't check out in the room, couldn't use the QR code, could use the person that could express check out. Had to use front desk

The room was nice a little worn in the pool should be open later

The carpets in the casino and rooms were dirty, the rooms were poorly maintained, and my bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. Room service was terrible and overpriced. They now charge an extra $10 if you want regular plates and silverware. I paid $45 for a chicken soup with only one small piece of chicken and a Coke Zero. Overall, prices throughout the hotel are outrageous. Overall, the experience no longer matches the price.
