Best place to stay on the strip. No smoking. No casino. No reason for rif-raf in the lobby. Just a very pleasant experience overall

Customer service and room management was excellent!

Absolutely loved my suite. Very clean and the amenities were very useful. Felt like a home away from home.

The hotel room was lovely. The hotel itself offers few amenities- coffee must be purchased at Starbucks (very long lines), you have to go off site for meals.

This hotel is amazing! So clean and luxurious. View was beautiful. Location is perfect. Staff overall was exceptional. Our only request is that pool hours were longer and pool bar staff was more polite.

Great apartment style rooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, full size fridge. Club rooms are newer and higher floors, I was on 61. Great views, shopping in Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood for casino action. Been staying here every visit for the last 6 years, fantastic staff and service

For a 4/5 star hotel the attention to detail is pathetic. No room service. No restaurant. Bar closes at 11 PM. Their “concierge” There’s nothing more than a glorified tape recorder, which basically only answers with the phrase “No!” I had an extension cord delivered to my room. It took almost an hour for to get through to anyone at the front desk, housekeeping or anything or even the hotel operator because it was before 6am. Then another half hour for them to get it to me. The quality of it made me question plugging my laptop i. I’ve bought better at Walmart for $3.50. The one bright shining star was the gentleman who checked me in (Scott). The room was beautiful and had some surprises like a his/het bidet and the view from the balcony was spectacular. But you couldn’t have possibly southern enjoyed your coffee because there was just a an L shaped patio furniture piece. There is no place to put your drink or was such a nice view. It would’ve been nice to put your feet up and relax or maybe sit your laptop down and work in the amazing view that is Las Vegas There were no electrical plugs to be found anywhere outside the room and the ones that were near the balcony door were so far away that I needed the aforementioned extension cord. When I brought things to the MOD, there is no offer of a comp or and I’m sorry or anything other than a blank stare. Unacceptable! I’ve had less frustrating evenings had a motor lodge with hookers banging on your door, trying to sell drugs.

Everything clean and well kept..

The room was super nice and comfortable, my favorite part was the toilet though, which as I'm writing that makes me laugh since I know I have never written a review on a toilet at a hotel before! But it has the super fancy toilet that does everything that you would love a toilet to do! The hotel itself was nice and quiet and very clean! I loved having a freezer too! I will opt to stay here for my next trip to Vegas!

Great property! Close to the strip, but just far enough away to get a break from all the traffic. Super clean, super friendly staff. Well worth the money for a relaxing vacation in Las Vegas.
-
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms, the outdoor seasonal pool was open during our stay which was huge advantage.

I loved my one bedroom suite it was perfect for my honeymoon stay. Perfect location everything is nearby. At first the front desk lady was about to charge my card for the room stays plus a $100 deposit. When I told her I already paid the room in full on Booking.com. She looked again and said not sure why still shows a balance unpaid. She only charged me $100 deposit. I had to wait because the room was not ready and she will send me text when ready. Just made me nervous if later I return their was still an issue with a balance. Later came and got my room key everything seem to good afterwards.
