    Breakfast was very good! Made fresh, delicious Didn’t appreciate the scolding we got from a woman at the front desk for not standing in the proper place while checking in. She was very rude and was not a welcoming experience. The rest of the staff was excellent

    No extra towels or blankets available due to 3rd party. We had to use the same towels every night

    The convinient location yet away from the hustle . Even though there was a race track being built that’s not the fault of the hotel. We relaxed perfectly . The tv needs to be updated . It was a struggle using it . We’re in 2026 I think it’s cheap to get a smart tv so guest can have more options

    The room was clean, spacious, quiet, oh so comfortable, and with a view of The Signature's pool. We prefer a room away from casinos and crowds, so this room was perfect. This resort is within easy walking distance to the MGM Grand's restaurants and casino. My only complaint is that there were no device charging ports in the room. I only brought one charging block so it was little inconvenient. Otherwise, no issues at all.

    First of all there was confusion as to where you get the key as the desk said we do not give out the keys but turned out they did after many text to the owner as to how to get the keys! Then auto key lock malfunctioned 3 times locking us out of our room. First time battery needed to be changed on the lock after 3 trips back to the desk. Second and third time was the device needing to be reprogrammed. Multiple times the hotel said it not their problem as there is a private owner and to contact the owner. But the hotel did send a maintenance person up eventually. First time we needed to get in the room as we had just arrived and we were tired after getting up at 4 am and flying. Second time we needed to get into the room as our granddaughter was getting married and our wedding clothes were locked in the room very disconcerting! The third time we came home late from the wedding and thought we might have to rent a room on a busy holiday weekend as the hotel’s attitude was it is not our problem your owner’s problem. The hotel maintenance person came through but it was disconcerting as they said repeatedly not our problem. The second and third times were reprogramming after the battery change. Be aware there is no onsite representative to support you if there are problems. Our third day the locked worked fine (we did have about 8 trips back down to the desk in total to resolve the lock problem so lots of stress to be locked out!)

    Location was good. Near the Monorail. Check-in was fast and easy. Uber waiting area was convenient. The bathroom, though very dated, was nice and big. Liked the separate toilet closet though the toilet ran sometimes. The water pressure was very strong. Plenty of hot water. We thought we were booking a one-bedroom suite. Which to us meant a separate living room and bedroom. This was all one room with a little partition between the bed and the couch. It defeated the purpose for booking this condo. I need a separate place to sleep. The upholstery on the couch and chair looked old and stained. We couldn't open the sliding door even after re-reading the instructions on the latch. There was a coffee pot and enough packets for two cups of coffee. We were booked for 3 nights. Would have appreciated enough coffee for every morning.

    Location, room size, convenience items, free valet, no resort fee, comfy. valet was swamped at check in, a real nightmare but they “made it right”. not thrilled with the maid service, very limited.

    Location of the condo was great, wish I had known it was on a very low floor, but the Condo was well maintained. The Television controls were confusing and no narrative to explain what/how to get stations, etc.

    Nice, quiet, and clean. TV didn’t work. Had to figure out how we could get it to play. Had to do each time we turned off and back on. Would have been nice to have garbages emptied!

    The owner never answers calls. The cleaning company never answers calls. Room is supposed to be non smoking, cigarettes and ash were in trash can and toilet. Getting money refunded due to having to book a different room because of the state of this one has been a nightmare. This owner is awful and booking.com should no longer do business with them

    We had a great stay here!! Would definitely book this condo again. The room was clean and comfy. Convenient location. Valet parking was nice too!! No resort fees was the best!!

    Very convenient location. Beautiful, spacious room. Free Wifi. Good price point. Big bathroom & showers. Provided toiletries & towels. Kitchenette & fridge. Friendly, accommodating staff/property owner. Communicative/responsive property owner! Pretty clean & lots of storage room. Lots of lighting. Black out curtains. Smoke free. Difficult to open the balcony door & had some minor needed cleanups (some greasy prints on cupboards & water still in ice bucket). Other than that, it was clean!
