Rooms where not clean properly and had a bad smell to it. Couldn't stayed on it

They charge you more than what your booking says. The pool is closed indefinitely, they dont serve any type of breakfast...not even coffee. The fitness center has 1 bike and 1 treadmill. They dont even have enough keys for the rooms. Staff had to keep letting us in our room because there was no keys available. Drugs and prostitution are rampant. Someone got shot in the hotel. Hallways and Laudry room are filthy. Not worth the money I spent

Swimming pool city was supposed to be clean and ready for you. There was a lie had a crackhead doing drugs by the front entrance.

The room was dirty and u kept. Tv remote was missing. Drawer was missing in the kitchette. Lobby/entry was unclean. Unruly children running around disturbing the other guests. Reservation was not honored properly.

Clean room

The Hotel was closed when I got there. I couldn’t check into the Hotel, all the doors were closed, nobody was in the lobby, I had to go to a different Hotel to sleep for the night until the morning, I had extra expensive that they didn’t tell me about it. The worse experience.

Smelled like smoke and dog through out the hotel but it was clean and worth the value

I liked the price however the property was not maintained well overall. I reserved a two bed however the key pad didn’t work & staff couldn’t open the door. So I was given a 1 bed. The room door key didn’t work at first with the second room. Had to wait awhile to get into room. The microwave was old & damaged, unusable! The stove top was old & worn. The refrigerator was leaking water. The Bathroom vanity was missing a door & drawer. The room was pretty clean however I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. The hallways spelled like smoke. The pool was closed due to gate not working. The tenants were loud & disrespectful! I was not able to get any rest the one night I stayed there. I checked out after one night! I will not rent there again. I’m waiting on a refund!

Everything was very dirty; the bathroom was even worse—it was so dirty that I couldn't even take a shower that night. I checked out the next day.

After booking the room for May 1-8 and paying at property. May 2nd office lady comes to room to see if we were there saying they didn't have proof we paid. Showed payment removed from acct. Said she would let us know if she found payment. Never heard nothing back from them then on May 6th. Some guest shows up trying to get in the room office just rent our room. Went to office to again show where money was taken out of my acct. Over night office work said I would have to talk to manager in the am. When I go talk to the manager she said I cancelled my reservation with booking.com and my money was refunded that I shouldn't be in that room. Acting like we were trying to scam the property. Said I was refunded the money on a virtual card.

Bathtub didn’t drain, staff inaccessible stench in hallway,cancelled stay, still trying to get refund

Yes, the staff did not appear professional, the hotel did not appear or smell clean ny room was not appealing as it had a scratched up bathroom area, old bedding and curtains and an unclean smell and a dirty bath tub.

Had requested 2 rooms close to each other. One on first floor the other on 3rd floor. Had to move room because the first on was dirty. The second room was closer to my other room but the tub was so stained it looked dirty. The smoke detector was going off till 2 am before front desk just came and unplugged it.
