Our day was amazing! Quiet and beautiful lake! The room was clean. Everything was organized. Will definitely stay here again.

The exterior approach and main entrance were relatively clean and well-maintained; however, the elevator was noticeably dirty and worn, and the foyer outside the elevator felt neglected and uninviting. Housekeeping was consistently attentive—almost excessively so—but fresh towels were always appreciated. Unfortunately, the refrigerator contained food left behind by a previous guest when I checked in, and it was never cleaned out during my stay despite regular room service visits. As a result, I was unable to use the refrigerator. The room itself showed signs of deferred maintenance. The shower had significant rust and limescale buildup, and much of the furniture appeared to be a mix of outdated and heavily worn pieces that detracted from the overall experience. The most disappointing issue, however, was the presence of bugs. Near the end of my stay, I began noticing small bugs on the bed. Initially, I thought it was isolated to the sleeping area, but I later found them in the bathroom and shower as well. For a property operating under the IHG brand, especially at this price point, this was extremely disappointing.

Very well maintained property. Clean, spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was awesome with very good food. I’d like to send special compliments to the chef and the waitresses (Candice and Kimmie)

Location Staff was nice and accommodating Unclean bathroom with hair on shower walls and towels Toilet seat was loose Floor boards and walls not well kept Bed sheet did not fit over bed House keeping did not vacuum floor during stay

I love this place! So far it’s my favorite!! But I was a lil disappointed that my fridge would not stay on. I didn’t get to eat the food I bought, I’m trying to avoid inflammatory foods & my food was ruined because the fridge kept stopping. But everything else was superb!!! Definitely staying here from now on if I can.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years and quiet hotel in a good area. Has always been very clean with friendly staff.

Its not fair to give bad reviews on minor things like toilet paper, & kleenex. The only thing i had a problem with was the lack of a smart tv. Everything else gets 100. I would definitely stay here again. The entire staff was GREAT, and the hotel was clean and had a great smell throughout.
