It is a beautiful property. Everything looks clean and well-put-together. It's luxurious, but my only problem is that the front desk didn't honor my birthday even after calling them. It was my birthday, and I was told on the phone before check-in that they would make sure the front desk would know to give me a little birthday treat. I never got it and I still told the guest services when I checked in and she said she would make sure she had something sent to my room but nothing was ever done. I think they need to work on making every guest feel special especially on their big day

Check in was at 3:30 I got there at 5:30 for a Concert which started at 5:30. My room wasnt ready so the hotel offered for me to get ready in the 24 Hour gym bathroom and get my room keys after the concert??? Spent $1,200 for one night and thats the best we can do? SMH
