Wonderful location in the heart of downtown. The staff is extremely friendly, we had a beautiful view of downtown, and we were in walking distance to museums, parks, convention center, the Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Canal, The Garage Food Court, shopping and limitless dining!
-
The location was very nicely situated only a block from the Soldiers and Sailors monument in downtown Indianapolis and it was convenient to everything. If you’re OK with an older building and don’t wish to use a hot tub, this would be a great place.
-
Great hotel. Would have been faster to park our own car but there’s a lot of constructgion around (that you can’t hear inside) so maybe that’s why
-
We were celebrating our 56th anniversary. We had dinner in the restaurant and received complimentary wine. We walked down the street to hear the Indianapolis Symphony concert. What a fabulous location. Valet parking meant no stress to find a parking garage.
-
Didn't get instructions from front desk about elevator to pool. Found a dirty sock in our room
-
Also, only parking option was valet which was outrageously expensive upcharge.

We had a room with a toilet that was running nonstop, when we left to go to dinner we stopped at the front desk and reported it. The guy who was working said he would send someone up to look at it. We got back about 2 hours later and no one had been there to check on it so we had to listen to it run all night. It’s not that big a deal but with the price of the rooms it should have at least been acknowledged.

I booked a double queen. I checked in late and had trouble getting through to the staff to let them know. When I arrived I was told that the double queen was gone. They gave me a king suite that had NO windows!

Everything was modern and clean. Staff very helpful. Room spacious!
-
Great location in downtown Indianapolis, and beautiful Art Deco features. But the gym was too warm to work out in for very long.
-
The staff was nice and helpful but the room needed some repairs, bathroom could have used a deep clean (hair on sink, out of conditioner only two towels etc) bedding had some stains- the pool is pretty small and not super kid friendly as there were adults drinking and listening to loud music. The restaurant was basic but good in a pinch. Lots of loud traffic all night directly out front. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but the old building was pretty cool.
-
Clean, nice, easily accessible, friendly staff, will stay again
-
Stayed here to be close to Gain bridge Fieldhouse. Wonderful friendly staff that are welcoming. Nice amenities. Very close to the stadium. Overall to happy that I chose this location to stay at.
-
Classy modern hotel in the heart of downtown, close to lots of restaurants and other businesses and attractions.

Lovely hotel in a great location. An old building but very well maintained. Valet parking is a bit expensive but other than that an excellent place to stay.

#1. It was classified as a handicap accessible room but there were no rails near the toilet at all. It had a shower with a shower door, no way could my wife who is an amputee shower. No seat to sit on and only one crab bar. #2. The air conditioner made such a loud noise it was impossible to sleep. Rattling and loud screeching noise. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the cons outweigh the pros. They did comp us with breakfast.
