Great location, out standing service, smaller hotel and everything done right.
-
Front desk very helpful. Convenient location. Very nice stay.

Enjoyed the modern, abstract decor. The room was very nice, clean and seemed well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. At no fault of the hotel, the police activity was at a maximum while we were there. I appreciated the sound machine that was in the room! We did not eat at the hotel. We did visit the rooftop bar and it was very nice.

Hotel is awesome! Rooms clean. Bathrooms big. Main floor and rooftop bars were very nice. Staff were super friendly. In walking distance to many things. Will definitely come back here.
-
Always a clean room!

Sorry to say the pillows were flat and not very comfortable. The breakfast was overpriced for what we received, and they were completely out of fruit.
-
The rooms were great and the staff was friendly. Make sure you eat in the hotel restaurant called fire for dinner and check out Jay the bartender. He is a cocktail savant. Tell him what you like and he will tell you what you need.

It was welcoming and people were friendly. I would say I would stay there again. Did not get to experience breakfast or the main bar. However, the sixth floor club was pretty fun with a good DJ and good drinks, but the drinks were pricey so beware. The room was extremely clean and the bed was great. Bathroom was awesome. Really nice shower. I would stay here again for sure.

I love this hotel, honestly the staff incredible, like amazing! We stayed for a play and stay at another Marriott hotel and it was horrible and once we transferred to this hotel it was like night and day. Sandie at the front desk has impeccable customer service and the hotel was conveniently located to activities. I mean they have a roof top bar, great breakfast, great room (spacious), water bottles and hot chocolate at the front. When we come back for nationals, this is where we’d stay.

When we arrived we saw that it only has a valet lot on site, which wasn't unexpected but keep in mind that this will be an additional cost on an already spendy stay. However, once we entered the lobby, the gentleman behind the desk informed us that they were sold out on the room we had booked...we had booked 4 weeks ago. Instead of a double queen we had planned for us and our teenaged daughter, they could offer us a suite and an air mattress. Not a pullout...a literal air mattress...for a $400. However, our suite was a suite in name only as it was literally just a larger room that had enough floor space to house an air mattress. The entire room was a billboard for microtransactions. $6 Fiji water, $5 regular sized candy bars, a small bottle of low tier wine that held two-glasses worth for $25. Our mini fridge was fully stocked. However, nothing else will fit in the fridge so forget about storing left over dinner or other items. Our room also had a massive crack in the window and overlooked the bus station...fancy! I'm not one who asks for compensation when something isn't right, but not once were we floated a discount, comped parking or even drink tickets for the bar. I'm just taking this as an expensive lesson in choosing to not stay here again.

the hotel was really nice with a jazzy modern feel. The room I reserved was not the room we got. It was so tiny with a hard kitchen chair. We notify the hotel manager and they moved us to a more comfortable room. However, a day later there was a foul smell in that room, so they moved us to another room, which was by the club on the top floor.
