The hotel made a big error with our reservation. The bed had been made and towels replaced, but otherwise the room clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guest.

Great hotel

We stay here every time we come to Indy. Very nice staff, love the amenities! Love that everything is close.

The location for doing anything downtown is perfect. Staff was very nice, check in was easy. Room was nice, clean but pretty average for this type of hotel. Value was good overall and we will stay here again as we go to events in Indianapolis fairly often. While the overall value was good...$72 for valet parking is absolutely CRAZY!!! Maybe all the hotels in downtown Indy charge that but that is unbelievable. Even in Vegas at the higher end hotels like the Venetian, Baltimore and the Wynn only charge $30-$40 a day for Valet.

Location and value Nothing

Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in-including the doorway to the bathroom which is odd. Housekeeping was awful. Room service quick, but food was terrible.

The location to the convention center No microwave in the room, all the construction on the street, the staff not knowing interstate availability

The front desk employee was so nice. Location it's great No complaints

1. No trash bags were in any of the trash cans we had to use grocery bags. 2. Little fix ups could benefit the rooms some had slight mold in shower, our shower door squeaked super loud when opening and closing in room 1232 and water pours out regardless of how it's closed we soaked 2 towels trying to keep the floors dry

There was NO hot water in 1807 so we reported that to the staff on the first morning. After we were already in bed that evening, a guy pounds on our door and starts to come in, I asked him what is he doing, and he said "sorry, I was told this room was empty." I reported the issue again the next morning, however, the issue was never resolved during our stay.

We did enjoy our stay here. My only complaint is that parking is an extra cost of $50-75$ a night not included in the hotel stay.

All of the rooms open into a central atrium. Noise from people in the lobby carried up into the rooms. The thermostat in the room didn’t seem to budge and it was quite cold. Parking is difficult as the entrance to the underground ramp is at the front of the valet line, so could get stuck behind parked cars. We did use the gym which had 4-5 treadmills, weight equipment, elliptical etc. They had sanitizing wipes, towels and water available in the gym. It is easy to walk to downtown locations.

Functional and quiet room with a decent amount of space. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Bathroom is also functional and well appointed. We liked that the AC was not too loud. Hotel is conveniently located a stone's throw from the convention center and the capitol in the downtown area, within walking distance from restaurants and bars. Not much to dislike other than perhaps having the blinds not closing completely thus letting some daylight in the room early in the morning.

Central location, in downtown.

Sentimental for me and The Eagles Nest Check in employee not especially friendly and the rooms need an overhaul. Put more than 4 wafer thin pillows on a king bed too.
