The Westin Indianapolis

The hotel was nice and rooms were comfortable and quiet. Parking is a bit difficult to navigate if you don’t opt for valet parking. Room was overall clean besides the bathroom. When we checked in there was trash dumped in the toilet. Kind of strange and off putting but it seemed like the housekeeper dumped the contents of the previous guest’s trashcan in there to flush? Staff was very friendly though, overall a good stay.

Gorgeous room with king bed and a huge couch that pulled out. Mattress very comfortable although soft. Staff was super nice and helpful. Great location in downtown Indianapolis. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great!

I was disappointed by the stay as the room shower head was not properly working. I asked for service the first day and at 3pm no one had come, I asked another cleaning lady down the hall who could no communicate well as she was spanish speaking only. This is no problem however we used the phone to communicate and she said there is a lady who is assigned to my room and she would get her in there to clean. When I came back to the room around 7, it looked as if someone came in there quick and hurridly made the beds - they were not made up very well and the toilet was dirty still as well as the sink. The stains on the mirrors were still there from when we checked in. There was also dirt on the sheet when we had gotten in bed. My trash was overflowing and it was like that for the whole stay. For the money I paid I was heavily disappinted. The sink kept making this sound as if it were backing up and then draining.

Breakfast was great. There was a mouse running around the westin lounge where the brown leather sofas are. No attendees on site. When I spoke to the manager he apologized and comped the extra $50 to use the lounge after I asked. No mice

I had the best experience here. The room was so nice and clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

Our second time staying here, everything is so clean and very peaceful! Easy access to the convention center tho i do wish the outside side door was open when entering so i didnt have to walk all the way around to the front entrance.

Everything. Location. Amenities. Staff. Food. Prices. Everything. The room was spacious and the bathroom was elongated giving the appearance of an apartment bathroom more than a hotel bathroom. The amount of elevators for the multi-convention weekend was more than enough. Will be staying again. Nonexistent

Our stay at the Westin was perfect. The staff was wonderful. We love the room. The hotel restaurants are amazing. We have stayed there several times and will definitely be back. Could not say enough good things about the Westin. Also love the gym.

Room was very nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I do wish the room had a microwave for our leftovers though. I’m not sure if there was an area we could’ve gone to reheat food (we forgot to ask so that’s on us 😅) but I’m sure the staff would have been able to help. The location was very convenient for us as well because it was connected via a skywalk to the convention center and had lots of great food options within walking distance. We parked at the State parking ramp which was about $40 per night and it was also connected to the convention center via skywalk as well. It was a little bit of a hike for us and our luggage to get from the car to the room but we saved a little bit doing it that way because the other parking garage would have been $45 per night with the hotels discount and it didn’t include in/out privileges (which we didn’t need anyways). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would love stay here again in the future! 😊
