Hotel is conveniently located to the medical center , museum and rice village. Staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating to guest needs. Floors/rooms appear to be recently updated. Plenty of sitting space in lobby and bright areas to work. Bar/ food service in both lobby and outdoor pool area . Market in lobby has takeout food and delicious snack and dessert choices. One minor downside is a narrow parking garage shared with another business but elevator is convienet to the lobby once you find a spot. A scannable parking pass is provided for easy in and out. Take those corners slowly and you should be fine. We will be back!

The hotel is dated and the rooms are not well maintained. The location is good but that’s about it.

We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! When I complained we got moved to a suite on the 14th floor and free lunch. BUT I don't have any idea why they would put anyone on the 17th floor under jackhammers!

Very good

The elevators were under maintenence. Lines were 20 minutes or more to get up to our 14th floor room. Caused us to miss the shuttle and getting back to the hospital several times. My mom is 81 and it was very hard on several people.

The property was in a convenient location for nearby restaurants and entertainment. It was clean and well managed. The staff was exceptional. I’ll definitely be going back. N/A

I love the decor and staff. I appreciated the pool and bar. The king suite was spacious and welcoming with great views. I didn't like that there wasn't free parking and the high price for daily parking. I didn't like the old outdated dirty bathtub.

Easy to check in. Well located to where our event was, comfortable bedding and spacious room, and many options for food and drinks within the hotel, particularly coffee and breakfast early on a Sunday morning All good. No complaints.

Cons: No ironing board, had to iron on bed. No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very long.

The bed was comfortable with good fluffy pillows. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HILTON? This is the question that I asked myself over and over again as we got to our rooms. We had to drive and park into a tight, unattended parking garage and then take an elevator to the 4th floor hotel entrance. I had previously reserved, and paid for, 2 king suites with a city view and was advised at check-in that only 2 - 2 queen beds were available, despite calling in advance to ensure that our rooms were still reserved. We even had to ask to be placed on the same floor after being booked on separate floors at check in. The staff ppl at the counter were indifferent and gave me the impression that they were blaming us for their own lackluster, inattentive work. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, seemed happy and work-focused as they greeted us each time we passed them. The rooms were decent with an extra tight bathroom. I remember when I used to stay at the Hilton in downtown Houston and it felt like it meant something due to the valet, large atrium and bar, the great guest experience and staff focus on service and excellence. This location was new to me and I can certainly tell you that I will not be staying there again.
