The property was dirty. I had to change rooms because the one they gave me wasnt cleaned

The staff is very friendly and responsive. We needed some help after check in and they fulfilled all quickly and in a friendly manner. The room was clean. There is no fan. A/C was good but a fan in the sitting area would be good. The bathroom was clean but old looking. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and it was peaceful and safe. I stayed there with my family for the world cup match. The stadium was very near. We had a peaceful stay and its very value for the money

All I will say is read the reviews on this place as they are 1000% true. It looks like it’s abandoned from the outside to the lobby to the rooms. The “management” is zero help. Hotels.com is zero help. Don’t expect anything but disappointment and disgust.

I specifically requested a downstairs room because I’m a disabled veteran and they told me no problem. However, when I checked in they told me that there were no downstairs rooms available (no elevator either). I struggled up the uneven stairs with my overnight bags and opened the room… it smelled musty and was hot because the AC was off. I dropped my bag turned the AC on and went back to the hospital where my son was in surgery. Got back around 11 pm and the room was still stifling! I called the office and told them, they brought me a key to another room and I moved. Turned the AC on in the second room and after waiting for an hour the room was tolerable but no telling if it was the AC or the fact that it was after dark and I had the door open the whole time. The new room even had crusty something smeared on the floor (I didn’t even want to guess what it was). The fridge was hot and had to put my food and drinks in the freezer to keep them from spoiling…

The room was dirty and had roaches, the front desk lady would not let me speak to a manager about a room change or refund me for the remaining nights, I ended leaving and booking a new stay in another place

No TV, sink was falling off of the wall. There were dust bunnies THICK on the ceiling above the bed where the AC blew air. The walls had cracks in them and the flooring was a laminate that had come apart and was peeling from the edges. The tub was stained a deep yellow and was chipping paint. DISGUSTED and checked out immediately after checking in.

No the ac didn't blow good the kitchen didn't have nothing in it No coffee pot it had mold the paint was piling off the wall the floor was water warped tv had no service it was bad I am 55 and it's the worst inn I've been in

There is no coffeemaker anywhere no schuttel. This place should be razed .

The room wasn’t ready. Cockroaches and dirty and no towels when finally got the room late at night. No compensations or apologies given

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen, we checked into the hotel and the guy in the office was RUDE and very unhelpful!! The room was awful, no TV in the room, AC didn’t work and the place was filthy!! My mom and I went to dinner and as soon as we got back to the room I was done, we packed up and found a better place to stay. I'm gonna contact hotels.com to try and get my money back!! This hotel needs to be removed from the website!!

Dirty room, cigarette smell, cigarette burns in furniture, dirty sock left on floor, holes in wall and ceiling and BLACK MOLD ON THE CEILING in one of the rooms they tried to put me in at first.

The room falling apart. I made a complaint and no service attitude at all. Terrible option and terrible service.

Absolutely horrid conditions. Black mold the ceiling, stinky room, no trash can, only two dirty towels. Old place. Worst place I've ever stayed & had to check out early for another hotel.

It smelled like mold. It was basically clean, but old and neglected. Old flooring, counters, paint. The lamp next to the bed was missing a lightbulb. It had a weird piece of tissue paper stuffed inside the shade, and when I touched it, sheetrock-y powder fell onto the table below. The bathroom faucet dripped. There was an empty vestigial soap dispenser on the wall, for some reason. The place was dark. Not cute. No TV, but a remote control, for some reason. I wondered if I'd get bedbugs there, so I lifted up the fitted sheet. The mattress was old, yellowed, and I didn't want to touch it, let alone sleep on it. The room was the opposite of comforting and relaxing. The owners of this place need to find some capital, somewhere, and invest in bringing it up to a respectable standard.

This Inn SHOULD NOT be affiliated with Hotels.com! The lack of maintenance at this property is horrific and needs city citations in order for something to be done!

The service desk was rude and gave my room away

I remember that place being really well, kepted years ago. Now, it just looks like a place for the homeless. And every time i've gone, i've had to switch rooms at least three times. M s a parties is I'll probably still go back because of the prices. The staff was not like they weren't helpful.It's just the place was not well kept

Nice place. But the staff have no respect for guests very rude and disrespectful. I was at this hotel due to my dad falling and breaking his hip. I was at the hotel and ended up going to the hospital to check on him when I got back around 1 AM my key card at work when I went to the front desk to get my key card to work the night person or manager owner. Whoever it was rudely said that I did not pay for my room and would not even call Expedia to verify or to find out what was wrong with it the time I got back in my room it had been about four hours so it was like 5 AM in the morning when another lady I guess the manager‘s wife came and actually looked at the paper or the email that was sent by Expedia nice property horrible staff
