Clean rooms very close to MD Anderson and had no problems driving or walking to and from the hospital. Very trendy hotel and easy to get oort of traffic.

Although the hotel is gorgeous and well kept, the service is somewhat on a mediocre level. The valet and staff are extremely friendly and exemplify southern hospitality 100%. However, upon arrival is when I was notified of the $100 incidental fee PER NIGHT which they said also covers amenities so I don’t have to pay out of pocket. After much turmoil, I was able to finally get into my room. One night my companion and I went ATV riding as one of our excursions so you can imagine the dirt that was on us, cleaning staff did not come for 2 days (there was no sign on the door and we left for hours due to us touring Houston) we therefore had to call and ask if they can remove the muddy towels that had been sitting in a corner for days. Upon my departure, I checked out. About 15-20 minutes later they emailed my invoice to which I saw a $290 valet charge, despite me not having a car and taking Ubers everywhere. I immediately called and there excuse was “sometimes they accidentally charge the wrong room” which is insane but the representative on the phone told me she was going to remove it. I thought all was well until my bank account became overdrawn -300 dollars days later because the charge was actually NEVER removed. It’s disappointing because everything else about the hotel is exemplary and I know all hotels are different but not even the hotel I stayed at in Turks & Caicos did this. Definitely left a bad impression for this being my birthday trip.

The hotel was beautiful! However please prepare to pay for garage parking during your stay.
-
Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. A private shuttle will carry you anywhere you need to go within three miles of the hotel. You can request to be dropped off at a certain entrance for MD Anderson. I would stay here again. The week days are most enjoyable here.

Amazing stay! Staff was accommodating and helpful. recommended getting the valet, room was cleaned up and out. Great hotel 10/10

I selected this property because it looked nice and it was close to MDAnderson. They offered shuttle service which was big in making the decision to stay here. I love this beatifully decorated, clean, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and don't disappoint. Rooms stocked with an ESPRESSO machine - NOT a coffee machine. I dont like ESPRESSO so this was a bit disappointing not having coffee to drink IN ROOM. I didn't give it 5-stars because the hotel appears to be understaffed. All the staff seem to be working hard, but they need help......from the vallet team to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Also, duriing my stay, shuttle service had constant issues and wasn't offering this service. Very disappointing. I dont' believe it's the fault of the staff, it's the lack of enough employees to get the job done and deliver a great service. Blossom Hotel almost got it right -- and I have no doubt that they will get it right in the future.
