The comfort The hot tub is gone

Nice property. Poor signage at the roadway, which caused us to miss the turn into the lot. Also, kids running up & down hallway and slamming doors till midnight.

The room was comparable to other hotels in the area but with more road noise than I like to hear. I will not be back.

The Cheaptickets website is not up to date regarding this property. After booking this hotel, we assumed everything would be in line with a standard hotel stay — but surprise! Upon check-in, we were informed that we had to pay separately for both parking and breakfast. As guests, we expected these details to be clearly disclosed at the time of booking, yet none of this was mentioned on the website. Cheaptickets needs to review and update all hotel listings on their platform to accurately reflect reality

Some of the pillow were stained. Breakfast and parking spot you have to pay separate daily. Staff members were friendly and they provide towels for the pool. Close to the mall.
