The first room I went to t v didn't work, didn't have towels, so they moved me to another room. It was a comfortable night's sleep. However, paying for parking on a property of the hotel I have to pay extra for is crazy to me.

Very friendly staff during check-in & check out. Property was very clean and well maintained, so was my room. Would definitely stay here again!

The lobby was so hot , I couldn’t get an early flight. So I had to stay in the lobby for only two hours and I was awful. Not sure how the workers can get through it.

I like the proximity to everything like the mall, highways, and airport They didn't tell me that they will hold $50.00 per day on my credit card for incidentials

No breakfast at this location. No AC in the lobby. Despite a prepaid reservation, it took almost 30 min to get our room key.

The hotel is clean and modern, not a masked old facility. Check in was easy and quick. The room is perfectly sufficient for solo travel. A microwave would be good. I think they had one in the lobby but didn't feel like going downstairs.

It was close by the mall and the Casino. Different sceneries to explore. The outdoor patio was nice. Bathroom was nice. Toilet was extremely too low. The pool/gym wasn’t open, the lobby was hot and muggy. We didn’t have a phone inside the room, no microwave how was we suppose to heat up our food? No ice maker. My husband had to go all the way downstairs to the main lobby to get ice. The housekeeper didn’t come to clean our room the entire weekend. The room was a little small.

Did not like room location. Noise disturbance from entertainment at the T-Mobile Arena the two nights stay.
