The staff was great. Room stink and bathroom was dirty I had to clean it dirty toilet

Lovely staff but bare bones operation. Overpriced for what you get.

A good place to sleep, shower and lots within walking distance. We found out there were lots of graduations at the college so many people in and out.

Everything was great and the stay was convienet

The location was awesome The bathroom was filthy it was hairs everywhere and I mean everywhere in the corners on the walls the tub sink towels rags bed desk you name it the shower was dirty you can see old dirt that they choose not to clean and get up rust all over even the walls in the bathroom the toilet overflowed real bad it didn't do nothing but make running water noise the whole time it just got louder the shower head was nasty rusted and moldy it was horrible and that's not even the bedroom the beds and sheets was nasty stand yellow spots everywhere hairs all on the sheets even the window set was mad dirty once you look at it you're not going to want to touch it my key kept going out and no I did not have it near my phone or any other electronics and everytime I would take it to the front desk the manager was always nasty and mean for no reason if she don't like her job or the people she needs to find a new job overall I just wouldn't recommend this place to no one or stay here every again in my life

The place was nice and everything was really nice and 100% clean. This is way I always go there.and the staff is really nice as well and really helpful.

I loved the lil seat by the window The smell of smoke and it was so muggy

The location was great! Original room had hair in the tub and on toilet. Found somebody's lip balm and a few other things from previous guest in the second room.

Had a room on the first floor and the my room and the hallway smelled like cat pee and mildew

Microwave and fridge in the room was clean, bedding and shower was clean. Front desk lady was annoyed with work and didn't provide the information and made me call a 800 # to get the answer to my question. The tenant across the hall from me literally slammed the door at least twice a hour for her "clients" constantly for a full 24hrs!

This was the worst experience!!! We slept in our clothes it was so nasty! It smelled like pot and the neighbors were loud and yelling all night and morning until they left! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Second time staying everytime I go to Greensboro that’s where I will stay. I go at least twice a year. Staff is great

Location was great. The lighting in the room did not work, the shower was abysmal and stained dirty as well as the toilet seat. Upon arrival, another guest was arguing with the check-in attendant due to her rooms toilet not working. The bed was uncomfortable and unclean, and although we stayed in the non-smoking section the entire hallway smelled so heavily of marijuana it leaked into our hotel room as well.

Very shocked and surprised with my stay. Wasn’t expecting it to be a great stay and it was everything was great.

Breakfast was subpar, nothing fanciful. Parking was excellent. Staffs were friendly. Room was ok, bathroom floors could use a deep cleaning. My sleep was frequently disturbed by people walking upstairs.
