Extended Stay America Suites Greensboro Big Tree Way

I would never recommend no one to stay at this place. It should really be condemned. It’s a lot of drug activity. The room was very filthy. There was dog hair inside my sheets. The door don’t go to the floor. The windows look like somebody was trying to break in but and loud music and trash Me and my family would never never never go back to this place. We actually left. We didn’t stay we got another room and turned the keys back in. $130 wasted!!! The room was on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR

it was an awful experience at first no wash clothes and stuff in room no soap to wash hands that was never brought loud outside all night long just and overall bad experience.

The blinds were broken. The lamp was broken. The tub was dirty. I had no towels, and there are people walking past the window, all times of the day and night.

Room was clean. Lots of washers and dryers.

Room was horrible. I washd up in the sink bcause I will never step a foot in that NASTY tub to not even to shower.. the rest of the bathroom was dirty as well, the bed sheets were stained. the top locks were torn off the door. Burn stains on counter tops.

The place filthy needs to be closed down worse experience I've ever had in a hotel

I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund.

Room was overbooked. Waited 1 1/2 hour and Hotels.com sent me to a better hotel. No one to be found to talk to

Fridge and oven didn't work $40 of food in trash

Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9 am. Then the property doesnt want to issue refund because they said we didnt contact them. Hard to do with no phones or open lobby and front desk. By far the most miserable hotel experience in my life

Location Dark parking lot, room was not clean. Linens had hair all over them. Bed was awful

Checked in February 3 Checked out February 8 the rooms have no insulation i had to put a towel at the door and secure the windows with my clothes

Staff was awesome but the rooms are damn near unliveable theres no insulation they only have one housekeeper the bathrooms wer dirty the refrigerators and microwave and no soap no shower curtain he list goes on its the 1st extended stay i stayeed at and wasn’t satisfied

Yes although the first day i had to change from room 214 to 221 th room was terrible
