Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

It was a lovely stay and I fully enjoyed my time I plan on visiting again on my next trip

Room was clean with a nice cool temperature upon arrival as it was quite warm outside. Staff was welcoming, but rather overwhelmed as we learned not only were National outdoor tack participants (our reason for traveling), but soccer tournament, world ninja warrior competition, basketball tournaments and a conference of some type had them booked to capacity so the staff was stressed about the constant check-in and turn over of guests. Breakfast was very mediocre as there was not a water option to drink as the spa water was out each time we tried to have some (lemon flavored) no just cold water, the orange juice was very dark that was not of normal color or taste, lady was refilling the egg station with the bag straight from the microwave which is never appealing to see personally. We checked in and through no fault of anyone the room smelled like smoke no matter what we did to clean it the smell didn’t go away, the shower was chipped painting and curtain rod in the BR was hanging on by a thread. Very disappointed with our stay sadly

Thr room was clean but a little rust in the bathroom but other than that it was a nice stay.

I stayed in king suite this time and the room was great. The bed was comfortable and the food was really good. An added plus because we didn't have to pay extra to eat on an already tight budget.

It’s a good safe clean place to stay! That’s all we really needed breakfast was ready every morning exactly on schedule. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy and available.

They claim to recently have done renovations on the website. Tiles in the bathroom was cracked and hallway on the floors of the room stinks. Bugs in the rooms. I would rather sleep on the streets than to ever book at any other Comfort Inn. Staff try to tell me it's normal thing in North Carolina to have those bugs.

Just fine. Did the job. Breakfast was ok. Would’ve liked cooked oatmeal and fruit for a healthier option The tv was not a smart tv and the spectrum channels were programmed incorrectly and didn’t match the paper listing.

The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well.

Truly, a blessing staff is very kind. I really enjoyed my stay.
