Roaches room was not clean did not receive my deposit back

Poor customer Service and my things were stolen out my room

The room was dirty down to the tub and shower curtains, which I had to clean myself, and the kitchen and floor weren't clean also.

Its no a good opción

It was overall bad experience. The hotel was closed by the city during my stay.I was never compensated for my remaining days. The room I was given was dirty, had cabinet covers missing. The shower didn't work properly and had mold in the ceiling. I wanted to go somewhere else buy the kept promising me to change my room however, they did not. The fire department shut down the hotel because of hazard and I was never refunded. The staff was committing fraud and not giving us receipts. So after they closed down I was not compensated. I deserve a full refund . My stay was awful.

Stove top is useful. Plenty of stores to shop for food

There was no microwave. The sheets and blanket was stained. The bathroom pipe underneath the sink was leaking. The front door was loose. The bathroom especially the tub was dirty. There was hair on the wall in the shower area.

No the kitchen was nasty n the beds were not made n they had to give me 3 different rooms because they were not clean no pots or pan it was terrible

Only the front desk lady was nice,, This is not a place to bring children the bed had human fluids the towels stain microwave dirty floor sticky !! I left I have a minor with me and this is a hotel for bad things happen a night children shouldn’t see !!! Horrible experience

My room had no towels, tissue or anything a hotel usually provides. The room was filty. I left for the night, but when I came back, the hotel had me checked out but i had booked the room for two nights. The attendant told me that was MY problem. I demanded he called his manager. The manager just put me in another room. That room was even more disgusting. Worst experience and false advertisement at it's best! -1000 out of 10!

Everything except the price.

The staff was nice but the rooms were horrible the smell, the beds, the tub they need a whole new reconstruction due on that property it's no way they still in business with the rooms looking how they look and smelling how they smell.

The room was filthy before I and my daughter arrived. Bugs was all on the bathroom floor. The room floor was mopped or sanitized in a proper manner. I would like a pending inspection. The beds was messy under the bottom
