Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

I called before booking the place they had a yes for every question until the date of my check in. Their phone service was down when my plane landed @ 12:30 in the morning which I had already communicated to them of my time of arrival prior to booking. Moving forward we had to result to communicating via text on their app. We were told that someone was on their way we weren't picked up until 3am. They said something was wrong with the two way phones they couldn't hear each other. The gentleman I spoke prior about an early check-in. No one knows who or what im talking about. Not to mention they tried to charge me $150.00 for early checkin. We were suppoesed to get a free upgrade as a gold member didn't happened which I was promised at my time of check in never got it or the bottleof wine which we dont drink so. Finally got in the room . I must say the room was nice clean and comfortable. The power went out on the 3day of our stay (not their fault) however we said ok we will get in the pool to keep cool the pool was nasty. Then the charge $5 daily to park which isn't a lot ive paid more but for garage parking secure parking. This was just an out in the open regular parking NO. They promoted this great breakfast it was horrible went 1once in the 5 days didnt even eat that. Its a HARD NO for me i wouldn't go back sorry not sorry

Had a great stay. Breakfast was pretty meh. And the jets on the jacuzzi didn’t work. It the room was nice and love having a full kitchen if needed

Very clean and comfortable night's stay with a fresh hot breakfast.

I was amazed when I walked into the suite how big it was. It was super clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back to stay here again.

It was okay over all. The room was easy to find and convenient to access. The ac unit was pretty noisy, and I paid for a king size bed and my room had two full beds. I was rushed for time to get to an appointment so I didn’t have time to tell management after I checked in at 7pm but it is appreciated to get what you paid for.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, making them feel like home away from home.

Pleasantly surprised, I will stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. Room was clean.

Everything was good for the stay the only problem was that the mattresses where uncomfortable besides that a fantastic stay!
