Very clean hotel. One of our favorites to stay at when we go to EP. Breakfast is good! It changes a bit each day. But they offer yogurt, cereal, and toast and juices everyday. Staff is always nice and helpful. Parking is good.

Great location, clean and well maintained, mattress very comfortable. Best of all was staff facilitating a seamless check in and exceptional customer service/friendliness going above and beyond during our stay. Restaurants and fast food close by.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the 3rd floor where I stayed didn’t have an ice machine. Loved the staff I had to cancel & reschedule several times due to a family emergency.

I liked how close it was to the airport but it is really far from the downtown or stadium so if you are goimg for that be prepared to drive, walk or take public transportation a lot. Saw the star fromy window, pretty cool! The distance but only because i wanted to be nesr downtown.

The communication. When I expressed my concerns about the concert and other hotels canceling they reassured me my room would be ok. They added a note to my account. I booked through a 3rd party site but they gave me a confirmation to add to my Marriott app. I was able to check in on my phone and not stress. The location, staff and cleanliness.

The hotel itself was excellent. I loved the room, closet, bathroom, it was a very nice stay. The area of town was a little run down behind the hotel, but other than that, this hotel exceeded all expectations.

Everything was great except the room cleaning left an odor of ammonia. It was hard to smell it for the remaining of the day as it lingered in the bathroom.

It was a very quick stay for us due to our travel plans, so we weren’t able to enjoy all of the amenities while there. However, they had a very nice gym and their bar was still open. Check-in was very nice and seamless. The room was very comfortable. This will be our hotel every time we fly out of El Paso. Top notch!
