Worked out great for our family. The 2bd/2 bath suite with living room and kitchen was perfect for our 7 guests to all stay in one room
-
Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was super helpful. Loved the breakfast too. Will consider staying here again when we visit Chicago next.
-
Under renovation, no elevator, no wifi
-
Disappointing
-
Lack of advance notice that the elevators wet being reconstructed and several other remodeling projects were underway.

Wonderful experience!

Review could’ve been higher but the elevator was down and we were on the 4th floor, not good. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, could have been better. Nice area and nice hotel.

The first night in our original room was humid and difficult to sleep, so the next morning we brought up these issues and were relocated to a different room. We were appreciative, but wondered why we were put in a subpar room to start with. After those issues, our final night was interrupted when the fire alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate. I know this is no fault of the staff, but we lost at least 90 minutes of sleep we desperately needed with a travel day the next morning! Breakfast was good but there were no bowls nor forks on our first morning. Food was good but refilling it was a little slow. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as some other places. Due to these inconveniences, we would not stay here again. There are other options that do not have these issues and we would like to take our business elsewhere. We felt like the cost was too high for the experiences that we had and would like a refund of some sort due to our terrible time. Staff helped as best they could but we shouldn't have to bring up these issues for a hotel that costs $125 to $150 a night! Disappointed!

The hotel itself was very nice, very good buffet, clean spacious suites however the elevator was broken and I was not informed until after check in. I was in town for the weekend and it was a huge hassle to find another hotel. I was informed that the elevator would be out of service for another month. I was not pleased with the communication as the clerks should have informed the guest prior to arrival

Good location - always nice size rooms in the Staybridge hotels. Undergoing renovation and the elevator was out - I had to carry my bags up the stairs, as the only available rooms were on the 3d and 4th floors.

There is a wierd smell that’s all .. rest was good 👍

Multiple issues during the stay - elevator was out of service due to maintenance and was given 4th floor room. Had to use the stairs to go to my room. This would have been okay but my access card didn't work when I returned in the evening. Had to go all the way down to get it recharged. This happened twice which had me climbing up and down four flight of stairs.
-
The carpet on the stair way was dirty and construction dirt was evident. The breakfast was decent. The scrambled eggs were overdone, but that is par for the course at many hotels in this range.

This hotel was horrible

Property going through renovation, had a hard time with bedroom door unlocking, door looked new, but the lock was hard to lock and unlocked. Lever on bathroom sink wasn't working properly, so it will filled up with water. Elevator not working, so ask for lower floors, specially if having suitcases. Fire alarm went off during my stayed and it really took a long time to shut it off, was very annoying.
-
The plumbing was an issue and the elevator was broken. May have been better for the customers and staff to shutdown until the maintenance issues were resolved. The staff was helpful and breakfast was nice.
