I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Chicago! The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the room was after a long day of exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, attractions, and easy access to transportation, making it convenient to get around Chicago. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Overall, Hyatt Place exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago and looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service!

We found that we had to request our room to be cleaned. The staff was NOT scheduled to clean rooms. It has been the only hotel I have stayed in that has done the rooms this way.

Excellent staff and hotel. The room was clean, spacious and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. A very convenient location as well. Very reasonably priced!!! We had to stay at the embassy the following night for a wedding and I wish we just stayed here both nights!!!

The Ok: Hotel its self could a use little renovation. Elevators seems like they could use some Maintinence. Morning breakfast was ok. Cold most days. Wish the parking was better lit especially in the back parking lot If staying multiple days. Be prepared for a steep deposit. $50 per night instead of one flat rate. If you want your rooms cleaned you have to let the front desk know to put you down for a scheduled room clean The Good: Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very attentive and super helpful. Especially the manager on duty. Any problems we had he handled super quickly and got it done right away. Location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and shops around Lomard. Overall would stay here again if we were to come back to Lombard

The staff was awesome and location to everything was convenient The GFI by the sink didn't seem to work so had to move the coffee pot in the mornings. Also I stayed 4 nights and ran out of coffee, toilet paper and I needed a new trash bag into the third day. The air conditioner was loud so I had to turn up the tv when it kicked on and I was afraid it was too loud for my neighbors. These were all minor things though just suggestions to improve on do I could give a higher rating.
