Sleep Inn Oakbrook Terrace - Chicago

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was extremely clean, with wonderful staff and the breakfast was great. It was centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The area is very nice as well.

There is no evidence of bed bugs at all(contrary to one review), or any pests of any kind, and none of the rooms smell. I did not have the breakfast. I could not have have been happier with my stay.

I was really upset with the false advertisement in the pictures. The hotel I booked based off of the pictures was not the same hotel. My reservation was in. False advertisement and I paid extra for the room so I was pretty upset.

The scent of the soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner is sandalwood. I am highly allergic to scents and this one caused a 2 day migraine. I did ask for something different, which they graciously provided. However, the scent remained in the room and hotel

Clean Noise from wedding guests at 12:30 am and kids running in and out of rooms at 3:26 am no parental control and staff didn’t stop noisy guests.

Wasn't the hotels fault but the people next to us were very loud and were smoking Pot so the smell got into our room, our room was ajoining to theirs. I went to the front desk to complain and they moved us to another room.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, secure included parking. The only improvement I would suggest is mopping inside the elevator better. I will stay here again. Staff was friendly, helpful, overall fabulous.

The breakfast cook was not only fabulous he also was very caring and friendly.

This was my fourth stay here in 2.5 years and never had an issue with the property. Rooms are nice and clean with amenities, and overall, the property is nicely appointed and maintained. They've just added a bar and improved the common spaces in the lobby. Breakfasts always have good variety.

Breakfast really surprised me. So many options, especially hot and 3 types of fruit. The staff was so attentive and they worked so hard to keep the area clean and make sure the food was stacked. Even that the hotel has signs everywhere that it’s a non smoking property the guests in the room across from us smoked pot. We had to put towels around doors cause it smelled so bad.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always a great experience! The location is close to everything and safe. The value and cleanliness of the rooms as well as the accommodating staff is my reasons for returning. In the bathroom sink, the water pressure could have been better. The showers were ok. First time experiencing this issue.

Place smelled of smokers and mustiness. Shampoo dispenser empty. People at breakfast filling their water bottles out of pitcher intended for cups , directly contacting the pitcher while refilling plastic bottles!
