The hotel was nice.The location was good and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was typical. Having the hotel attached to the parking garage was definitely a plus since we had storms during our stay. It was nice and convenient to be close to the Red Line. The website states there is a pool only to arrive and find out that the pool has been closed since covid. The staff shared that they had tried to get the sites to take it off several times but it has not been taken off misleading people. The staff did offer to find a sister hotel with a pool to move us to. The only other complaint that I have is the location of the air conditioning for the room. There is a little wall that sticks out and blocks it from flowing through the entire room.

Great location downtown Chicago. Nice hot breakfast with plenty of options for the kids. The staff was prompt and courteous and the room clean.

Good size room, comfortable beds, easy check in. Location was central. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok but plates, cups and cutlery were all single use plastic. Not very environmentally friendly and not so nice to eat from.
