It was great, no notes

Really nice hotel in central location of Chicago walking distance to a ton of attractions. The staff were very nice and the fitness room and breakfast were nicer than many places. One thing I wish I had known is how noisy this area is lots of bars and traffic and sirens all night you can hear everything. They also might want to add card readers to the stairs and waiting on the elevator w gamble of time. Overall though we enjoyed out stay quite a bit.

My favorite hotel of all time! Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and sleek.
-
I truly enjoy. Can’t wait to check in again and would love to have some type of reward program for a better rate.
-
Great location and staff, enjoyed our stay.
-
I had a little trouble sleeping with the bed not being all that comfortable and the city noise wasn’t something I’m used to. Overall though a nice hotel.

Location and Staff was great. Breakfast could be improved. A bit more protein options.

location, location, location
-
Very clean room, quiet, very comfortable bed, staff is accommodating and convenient location.
-
Only downside, the elevators took a while and could not use the stairs. There is only re-entry on the 1st and 6th floor.
-
You shouldn't call it a boutique hotel and offer the kind of Continental breakfast you offer: paper plates and plastic utensils do not belong in boutique hotels.
-
Lovely service & staff. Breakfast & happy hour were great!

Very good

Great location and friendly staff Lots of noise at night and housekeeping did not clean the room one day

Really lovely hotel, front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Every time we had a question or were even just greeting us warmly when we walked in. We liked everything about the hotel, except the very loud noise late into the night and into the early morning hours from the nearby bars. Pounding drum beat music used to be fun when I was a younger person, but now, keeps me from sleeping and I wasn’t unable to go to sleep two nights in a row at this hotel until at least 3 AM when the music stopped. The noise was just horrible. Really wished I would have known about this before booking. We were in the back of the hotel building and there was a bar/night club right across the street
