Overall a nice-quiet property. Main reason for the lower review is: When you are a loyal customer and have stayed at the property multiple times, when you ask for a early check in coming from out of town shouldn't be an issue. Our room was ready but yet it was a 80.00 early check in fee...... That left a sour taste in our mouth as this is the only property we have encountered this with in the area. Beyond that issue its a nice place to stay.

I spoke to the front office staff about the issue and I was pretty much ignored! On the second morning the bites covered both my arms and legs. Horrible experience and I would not recommend staying there.

The view from the room was so cool! Loved seeing the lake from the sitting area and the bedrooms. This location was nice for also walking to nearby locations. It was nice to have a larger refrigerator too!

The room was very spacious and nice. Having the big living room and kitchen was amazing! Breakfast can get busy, but it’s one of the hotels in Chicago that has FREE breakfast! Nothing special, but gets your day going. Walking distance to so much! For a family…free breakfast and a big suite, it’s perfect.

Bathroom were not cleaned properly. Shower need to be fixed. Water was standing in shower. Breakfast had no server to clean tables or refill. Only one person was trying to to do everything. Breakfast staff was rude. Lady who was cooking, at 9.58am she said to all most full restaurant pick up your plates and leave. She had to clean. She definitely need more help to clean and cook.
