A very easily accessible location, close to many eateries and especially the magnificent mile!

Excellent location and very comfortable and clean rooms.

I actually had two reservations and both are 5 stars. Staff wonderful, friendly and understanding of any concerns that pop up during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent for walking and to the Water Tower which has stores and the famous Garrett’s popcorn.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating with any issues or needs. Nicole the Director of Rooms provided excellent customer service and support. We had a room issue and she immediately responded with a resolution. Gary was amazing!! The offered daily bottles of water at no cost.

Nice property right near everything

The property was very nice I hate we didn't stay longer it was only a pass through stay. Me an my family will stay again.

It’s dated but nice

We stayed here for my daughter's birthday. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, they called us to let us know our room was ready when in fact it was not ready. We were already waiting in the lobby, so I went up to the front desk only to be told that actually our room was not ready. We waited another 30 minutes for our room. The room itself was outdated and pretty dirty. We found pistachio shells on the floor in the bedroom and living room. The couch cushion had a huge stain on one side, that we found out as we were making the couch up for bed. Disgusting. The tv in the living room didn't work. The whole experience was just disappointing. One positive, the location of the hotel is great.

The. property was very old, really needs a redo. Housekeeping were excellent. Staff very. helpfull. My only issue was that the rooms and bathrooms were very lived in and just need to be redone. Pretty spacious rooms and the shower was great
