The hotel is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants nearby. About 4 -5 blocks from Millenium Park. The seating areas are so peaceful and the design is amazing. They let me store my bike box the day before my stay which was so convenient. Staff are friendly and professional.

Great room in a nice hotel. No bar or food on Sunday night and nothing that close that is open.

Staff was remarkably helpful and helped us check in early after an early flight in. Gym was good, restaurant was delicious. My son and I stayed two nights and were enormously comfortable.

The morning coffee was excellent. We asked about tea in the evening and akettle and wonderful teas were brought to our room. We went to the bar for happy hour and the appetizers were great as were the prices. Nice location. Friendly staff.

Didn’t like how pushy one of the female door staff was, as she grabbed my bags when I got out of an Uber without asking. Took them all the way to my door, hoping for a big tip. Also, very strongly suggested we use a cab that was one of her friends, instead of an Uber. Won’t get bath/shower combination again as the faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. .
