Ivy Boutique Hotel

Good place to stay!

The hotel was in a very convenient area. Walkable to so many restaurants and fun places. The staff was amazing! Carlos was always so happy and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the Ontario king suite.

It was in a good location-very walkable

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking garage was a little confusing. When we extended our stay we couldn’t extend our parking pass. We ended up having to move car out go around the block and repark and submit a new receipt for parking . We got to the lot at five but our pass already expired and we were charged an additional $13.00 to just to extend our pass for one more night @ $61.00/night.

The room was very clean and the parking was easy to get to from the hotel. The staff made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and how to access the garage.

Parking is 1/2 block away around the corner of nearest intersection to the West. Parking was $60/night with unlimited in/out. Room was nice but several of the bathroom tiles were cracked from settling. Bathroom floor tiles around the toilet looked stained or needed to be cleaned better. Tub was huge which our 7 year old some thought was awesome. Shower had great water pressure. Hotel is super close to NWU hospital. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, coffee/donut shop. Overall good experience.

Beautiful room. Terrible view of dumpsters and an abandoned building.

They put us in a nice clean room with a good view they came in a few minutes later saying we cant have that room put us in a similar room with a smaller shower, small tvs, the floor was not swept and the rugs had stains and the view in there was of a boarded up place next door. I don't understand why we have to switch into that room. There is no ice or microwave on site we had to go next door to do that.

The Ivy Hotel is in an excellent location with wonderful customer service! Rooms are very clean and have a modern decor! Would stay here again!

The Hotel was just "ok". The room was just "ok". The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable. The shower was the best part of this hotel. Although very slippery, the water pressure and temperature were amazing.

The staff were amazing and we got to sit at the bar and chat with them for a bit. They gave us a lot of insightful info on the city and were extremely nice and funny!
