I did not know dogs were allowed in the hotel. The room next to us had 2 dogs left unattended barking all night. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk. At 12:45 am I walked down to the front desk and complained. They said they were trying t call/email the people in the room and could not get a hold of them. They said they could not move my room because there was none available and could not refund my room. We COULD not sleep the barking was non stop. The staff finally moved us to the 15th floor at 1:30 am. We had to pack up our room and move to the 15th floor. The room smelled when we got in, it looked like there was water damage to the ceiling and there was black stuff on the ceiling, hoping it was not black mold. The experience at the hotel was horrible. Worse hotel experience I ever had.

Everything was great. Staff was very nice

The room was clean. But I was charged twice for valet parking, once through Expedia and again at check in. The shower had no body wash, the phone did not work to call down to request are car from valet, the tv did not work either.

Great price for the short walk to Navy Pier. Definitely recommend for out of towners.

Great location. Common areas were not as clean as expected for the price paid. Need more attention to details. Room was very clean.

First of all, we got there 30 minutes early and we had to pay an extra $30 to check in for early, which is unbelievable because I’ve never had that fee before and two. It’s not like the room wasn’t ready. We went right up to our room and it seemed to be ready. The other thing is the room although I know the style is somewhat a stare. It’s still looked like it could be updated the blind to the window was torn the sink dribbled basically it did not have good flow and the toilet you had a really double triple flush to make it work. There was painting that was peeling and it was just not what I hope to find in the loft, I’ve always had good experiences otherwise I will not stay there again.

Perfect location and very modern and clean
-
Location was good. This is not the cleanest hotel and the room was very rundown. The lobby and bar area was nice.
-
Ice was only located on 2 of the 18 floors. The lights for th whole room were on two switches only so it was impossible to have light in the entryway without lighting up the bedroom area. The bathroom door did not have a knob or lock, was heavy and difficult to slide shut and without ventilation.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay overall. Unfortunately, some guests in a neighboring room were talking loudly and screaming around midnight and again at 4:00 a.m. I called the front desk, and they responded immediately and took care of the situation right away. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff handled the issue. Great customer service!

Location and friendliness of front desk and valet staff was on point. It was clean enough I suppose.

I loved everything from the valet, to the bar, the atmosphere, the safety of the elevator and most of all the room. The room was very elegant and we was 17 floors up looking at the city view!! N/A
