Arlo Chicago

Location was perfect. Staff was super kind and helpful, also friendly. Would stay there again.

We stayed at the Arlo for four nights. The staff could not have been any nicer or helpful, not only did they give excellent restaurant recommendations they also were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The only problem we had during our stay was that we were unable to successfully use the user free bikes. There was an issue with the account on the hotels end. The front counter attendance were very apologetic and proceeded to work through the issue. Sadly, we did not have another opportunity to try out the bikes. We would definitely recommend the Arlo hotel to any of our friends visiting Chicago. iIf we go back to Chicago, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The Hotel location was great to attend the Morgan Wallen concert at Soilder field. Parking in Chicago is always a problem -Arlo parking was a block and half away, pack lite because you must carry your luggage from the parking garage.

The lady at the breakfast was the whole time in a bad mood. Yelling her peer in front of everybody. Terrible

The room was very small. The slippers you had to buy. We didn’t get the VIP Access perks. They got hidden fees when you arrive at property, so you end up paying more than what is advertised here.

We loved the uniqueness of the property, great location, design of rooms and most importantly super friendly staff !

Immaculately clean and the amazingly central location. Room was good size with king bed which always helped when traveling as couple. Requested a room on high floor, away from lifts at booking and got exactly that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus was a view of millennium park.

Staff was very friendly and attentive, I had an issue during my stay (a pickpocket stole my phone) and they did all they could to help, including calling their personal connections at the police. Then during tornado when no Uber was available, they managed to find me a great taxi. Excellent service.

It was a great location for doing things. The restaurant had great food. One door went to a dirty alleyway where questionable people hung out and urinated. I felt very unsafe walking there at night as a single woman

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. It’s a great location if you’re going to an event at Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago, or the Cultural Center. It’s also an easy walk to the water taxi or river tours.

Accommodating staff, well-stocked mini bar, it’s a great place!

Great location, nice sized rooms and very comfy beds. Staff was great and breakfast very good. Excellent espresso! Room was not very clean, needed a good vacuum. Black hairs on the floor and in shower and on the shower walls.
