Great location. Friendly staff (particularly the morning security guard who is a joy!) Could be cleaner. A little soulless.

It was quiet. We did get a room close to our traveling companion. There was a nice restaurant for breakfast. It was located well for our event. The gentleman at the desk who checked us in kept telling us that we had a "roll-in shower." We asked for a "walk-in shower." We are older but not in a wheelchair. When we got to the room. There was a tub - no walk-in or roll-in shower. And the tub was stained. We stayed because we didn't have time to change our plans. We probably will not go back there when we visit Charlotte again.

I arrived very late on a Saturday and was very pleased with my quick check in and the room itself. However, when leaving the next morning, I learned the valet service did not have a phone so I had to come down to request my car. That wasn't great. When they brought my car, the guy didn't even offer to help me with my luggage. Really?? The tip I had in my hand went back in my purse. Sad.

Loved how close the property was to the Spectrum center and so many other things. The room door was broken, we stayed during a concert so the property was full of people which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep knowing our door was not working properly. Other than that I would stay again.

We arrived in town for our visit early and called and staff arranged for us to be able to check in early for our visit. Staff was attentive to our needs and helpful making things easier for our Mom who has trouble walking.

Good staff and quiet hotel on Floor 15

Not bad. But overpriced on the parking/valet when you're spending hundreds a night.

Amazing. The staff was very courteous & friendly from check-in to check-out. The whole atmosphere was warm, friendly, & exceptional. The amenities was point on. Highly recommended & will be my go to hotel in Charlotte.

I liked the location and how central it was in Charlotte. The staff was very helpful and made my stay much more wonderful. I liked how close it was to the Skyla credit Union amphitheater for the concert I was seeing. It wasn't too close or too far away, so I was able to see more of the city. The next time YUNGBLUD is in Charlotte I will be staying here. There was no free wifi, granted this was one of the nicer hotels that I stayed at. I also wish that there was a complementary breakfast option.

Wonderful hotel, terrific vibrant location uptown Charlotte, great dining on premises and many locations nearby. Be prepared for steep parking fees ($36/night when I visited), next time I'll definitely use the train - Amtrak and commuter rail stop on the same block as this hotel.

The day was very nice. There’s just nowhere to park and parking is quite expensive.

To noisy from the street. Cars speeding on the street and radio up real loud
