Checkin was not so gaod. Cookie in trash can. Needs room service. Location is good.

The room was clean and quiet. Maybe being on the 31st floor made the difference. Having a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop on site was very convenient.

Clean and comfortable. Close to music and bars. Bathroom lighting. No low light lighting in bathroom area without disturbing the guest sleeping on the other side of the room.

Note that this hotel is right next to and in the same building as their sister property (element Hotel which seems like a slightly lower grade hotel). Same entry way for both hotels but check in desks are on different floors. Cons were that valet parking was $65 per night with in and out privileges. Public parking across the street is about $35 but no in and out privileges. Also the first night we stayed, out toilet clogged but handyman cam within 15 minutes. Also no swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and awesome views from corner room Restaurant was average for food and very pricy. We got charged for an appetizer that was never delivered. We didn’t realize it until after the fact though. Pepsi products throughout which is a deal killer for my wife.

I love how secure the hotel is. The restaurant and bar was awesome. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Will be staying there again!

Location. Value. Comfort Needs a light in the toilet. You have to switch on the bathroom light for the toilet. This in the middle of the night is not good.

I came here to run in the Austin half Marathon. The hotel was right there next to the finish line and the staff was super friendly.
