They put my son and I in a king bed though our reservation clearly called for 2 queens and we had no alternatives. They offered no concessions to remedy the situation.

Valet parking was great. They were quick. It was a long line for checkin but they may have been short staffed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and clean. We had a nice city view.

The property was beautiful and in a nice location The queen size bed was extremely small to be a queen size bed and the mattress was not comfortable at all.. I did not rest too well for tossing and turning both nights and the blankets made me feel overly warm.

It was extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was great, and breakfast was excellent. I don’t like staying inside the city of Atlanta, but it was nice to be able to walk to dinner and other surrounding places.

Housekeeping was requested but not always done. Air conditioning was broke in many rooms! Ours was one of them! Staff doesn’t tell the same version of hotel information. Very disappointed in the shabby carpet, lack of clean bathrooms, general cleanliness of the room and poor hotel information. Will never stay in this hotel again! Thank you.

The view from our room was amazing! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of choices, the omelet was delicious. We would most definitely stay there again . Finding our way to valet parking. Maps took us to the wrong side of the building so figuring out the streets to get to the right side was awful. Once we got there the valet staff were very friendly and helpful.
