Once they switched our room, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fresh and hot every morning and the breakfast staff was amazing!!! Overall stay was good!

Close to State Farm arena and more attractions. Away from all the noise. Nice place to stay.

The place was great. Centrally located in downtown Atlanta. Room was clean - good view of the Ferris wheel. Breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast. Employees were great! We will be back.

Never heard from the staff about our episode or the condition of my friend. Much time from my business was lost with getting medical attention. The lack of concern was surprising to me based on the many stays with Hampton. First time ever I was dissatisfied with the bed. It was the hardest mattress I ever slept on. Two nights I slept on the couch. This stay was so off the norm, I don't want to discourage anyone from staying there. Everyone else seemed to be fine.

Everything was very clean, breakfast offered various options, and staff were helpful. The hotel doesn't have a pool or exercise facility but other than that it was a great stay.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. I will say if you do not have a room or reservation you can not enter the hotel, access the elevator or any amenities so you won't have to worry about safety issues 😉

There was a live bed bud on my sheet when I woke up.

Clean and comfortable. Daily breakfast was offered. Manager was helpful. Strong smell of marijuana in my room. Was offered new room after calling front desk, but was told I had to move all my things at 10:30 pm. Staff was very rude and unaccommodating at that time. Offered no apologies etc. No manager to speak with at night. Large homeless population around hotel. Not the safest area.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly!! Genuinely couldn't ask for more. Microwave didn't have mechanism that let it spin so it didn't heat food properly. Shower only heated up when turned to halfway and got colder at the top.
