Loved being check in with D.J. Very friendly and professional. He helped us with our luggage hold so we could hit the ground to the Atlanta Mart to work. One of the other desk clerks remarked " You shouldn't come in through the front door with other guest who had key access". We had already been in the lobby for check in and were bringing our bags in for "hold". We had not been given a key as we were back and forth to get the luggage out of our vehicle so valet could park it. She was a tad bit "Snarky".

Thermostat in the room and hallway said it was 68 degrees for both but our room felt about 10 degrees warmer at least. The location is close to places you may want to go but I would say don’t stay in the dead center of downtown.

Nice room with a spacious bathroom. Amenities had to be paid for, but the rest was all good. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel itself needs a little upgrade and it was a bit difficult finding my room through all the corridors.

This hotel and its cleanliness was perfect! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. My only issue was with my door knob on my room door. I had to play with the lock multiple times to get the door to close after leaving the room. Other than that issue everything was perfect!

Rooms were really small bt clean and no parking other than valet . Had to pay to park up the street but other than that it was a good stay !

These people told me I had to pay another 50 dollar deposit or I would not get a room or a refund

Our room had fruit flies all over the place, the AC did not work correctly so it was too warm to sleep through out the night. The site listed parking was available but when we pulled up, they only had valet parking for $55. We had to find our own parking at a garage we paid $25. Homeless people were around the parking structure and we were approached for money. The staff was indifferent and did not offer to help.

Parking was a little complicated but they offered valet parking but overall nice.

The rooms were super clean and cold. Large bathroom shower. Large Flat screen TV. Location was nice. The Filipina Girl Employée at the Front Desk was wonderful. Smiled all the time and super professional. My wife enjoyed seeing an employee from her homeland that understood her language. She made my wife feel great. Hated how expensive parking was. 55 bucks for overnight is insane. Parking cost me a total of 70 bucks this trip and we were there one night. Hate the tiny front entry door that makes you twist sharply twice down a narrow hall to get in. Impossible with luggage and there was no luggage carts. Room was nice but small. Walked in the restaraunt anf no one greeted us or said a word and no wait staff ever came to me. We ended up getting up and leaving

Hotel stay was overall a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, and overall great experience. Be prepared to walk across the street if you’re not using valet parking services and be prepared to pay for parking under the public parking garage.

Bistro staff was very friendly! The staff was very welcoming.

Accessibility The property was alright including staff but i was charged extra of $98 + by the guy named DJ , the receptionist , and he told me that he finally figured out so i want my money back to the card I used, the extra charge .
