Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.

The room and bathroom and kitchen were all very clean. We had problems with the shower and ironing board which we reported. The breakfast area tables were disgusting. We ate there twice and decided not to a third time. There’s also not enough room to walk between the tables to leave. The air conditioning was wonderful and accurate. Overall we would stay there again even though the price is a little high.

Clean comfortable room with a good bed. Very bare-bones. I don’t mind the walk-mounted toiletries , but that was it. Not even a note pad and pen or a shower cap.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. Convenient and reasonable room rates while in the area visiting Biltmore Estate. Staff should be knowledgeable about dining establishments close to hotel. We,asked about different places to go and were not provided any assistance.

Because of our schedule we did not have breakfast. But just viewing the dining area the breakfast items it appeared to be something we would have been ok with.. The front staff were super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The room accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Overall we were very pleased with our overnight stay. Not applicable. We found everything very good to excellent.
