Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom roomy and nice shower.

Nothing. Everything. My fiancé, our 5&7 year old boys, and myself got there after calling and giving the guy at the front desk my information due to it being late and they had put someone else in our room. We waited an hour between him talking to management which I recorded etc to even get a room key. The room smelled terrible and the air barely worked.

Lovely staff, clean facility and rooms, all the amenities I need, great quality for the price, near stores and restaurants I like, and they welcome pets. As with any hotel, it got noisy. I would stay here again but ask to be in the 4th floor.
